9/11 Wellness: A Fall Retreat for 9/11 Surviving Spouses
This fall, Dignity Beyond Borders held a 9/11 Wellness Retreat at Kripalu in the Berkshires, where all had a chance to reconnect, reflect, and renew in a peaceful setting alongside others who understand. Participants focused on healing through movement, mindfulness, and shared strength.

Mothers for Dignity: A Healing Retreat at Kripalu
Join Dignity Beyond Borders for a retreat for mothers who have lost a child to an act of mass violence. Participants will make connections, learn ways to navigate the challenges of grief, and discover resources that aid in coping and healing.
