Women’s World Peace: Healing and Connection for Military Widows

A week-long, trauma-informed international retreat uniting military widows from five nations to connect, heal, and grow as peacebuilders — all costs covered for participants.

International Program For Military Widows

Dedicated to military widows, Women’s World Peace Is a one-week trauma-informed international retreat designed to address issues of grief and help rebuild a sense of safety and dignity. Held in partnership with five international partners, WWP helps widows build resilience, heal in the aftermath of trauma, and connect with others who have experienced similar losses.

We create a supportive community by connecting women with shared experiences, which has a profound positive impact on their collective healing.

“What a gift my time with WWP was! I was given the opportunity to connect with other war widows from around the world. Some of them didn’t even speak English, but we just connected and felt like we understood each other. It was a gift to be seen, not as a victim, but as a human who has endured immense tragedy and come out the other side stronger”
